Our 2025 Rosé is drawn exclusively from Cabernet Sauvignon vines planted in 1968.
Juice was drawn from the ferment on day three, then tank-fermented before a brief maturation in seasoned French oak barriques.
Varietally pure, with vibrant blackcurrant notes, its crisp wave of fruit is met by savoury depth and textural complexity, making this Rosé a compelling accompaniment to food or equally enjoyable on its own.
